Artefact, global leader in data and AI consulting services, is pleased to announce the addition of two accomplished professionals, Thomas Filaire and Simon Lusinchi, to its leadership team as Partners.
Thomas Filaire, expert with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of Data & AI, Consulting, and Life Sciences, brings his expertise and knowledge to Artefact.
Holding degrees from both ENSAE and Ecole Centrale de Lille, Thomas has successfully translated the science of data and AI into tangible business value throughout his career.
His impressive track record includes serving as a Consultant at Accenture and contributing to the data and AI maturity of UCB, a global mid-sized pharma company headquartered in Brussels. Thomas also led the Data Strategy practice of Accenture Strategy & Consulting, where he oversaw a team of 30+ consultants.
His recent accomplishment embraces spearheading the design, building, and operationalization of the data office of Faurecia (major automotive supplier) in the context of an enterprise-wide data transformation.
Thomas is joining the Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals consulting practice to contribute his deep expertise in the sector, and will also collaborate on large international projects with peers from other Artefact offices.
On a personal note, Thomas is not only a dedicated professional but also a proud father of two children (ages 6 and 1). Outside the office, he indulges his passion for long-distance endurance sports such as trail running and mountain biking, enjoys French comics, and appreciates good vegetarian food.
Simon Lusinchi, new Partner in Artefact’s Paris office, graduate of Pantheon Sorbonne, brings 15+ years of diverse experience to the table, with a focus on the public sector. His mission at Artefact is to drive the development of the Public sector, leveraging his expertise in marketing/communications agencies (Publicis, TBWA) and consulting at Capgemini Invent.
His background centers around customer experience, including notable work with Apple, Nissan, Nike, EDF, and Bouygues Telecom.
Over the past five years, Simon has specialized in the Public sector, contributing to digital transformations and creating data-driven services and products of public organizations.
Simon is enthusiastic about the exciting challenges posed by the Public sector, such as facilitating access to public services, accelerating the ecological transition, and modernizing the organization of the State around data. He believes Artefact’s ambitious goals align with the expertise needed to succeed in this dynamic industry.
Outside of work, Simon is a devoted father of two children, has lived in Canada for five years, and is passionate about skiing, tennis, and reading.
