The role of Account Director
As an Account Director, you will be your clients´ strategic consultant and advise them on media strategies, data, campaigns and marketing efforts. You will work in collaboration with our specialists within Media Planning, Social Media, CX, Creative and Technical Development, Data Intelligence and Content Management.
In addition to this, you will be your client’s focal point of contact and have responsibility for budgets. You will be a part of the Nordic Account team, working on Nordic and International clients. You will be required to be fully capable of the operation and handling of all clients and projects via Workbook, as all accounts and projects, including their budgets and performance, must be handled via this.
Artefact Finland is an essential part of Artefact Nordics, your role is to ensure our growth in Finland, not an easy job, but for sure doable. To reach the goal, you should know the market, be able to show your credits, and of course enjoy the trust of the clients. You should love clients, achieving results and proudly communicate with your Nordic teammates, perhaps not a typical Finn, you tell us?

It is essential that you have excellent marketing skills and well-established understanding of communications as well as ability to work hands-on with strategy and transform ideas into manageable action-points.

We expect that you are creative and that you are able to develop digital concepts that create engagement and involvement, being updated on the latest trends and able to offer clients innovative marketing solutions. We hope that you can show at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a media, digital or dialogue agency. Excellent Finnish and English capabilities both verbally and written are needed.
