We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of our new Managing Partners at Artefact, along with the formation of a renewed Global Leadership Team. This dynamic team will drive our business ambitions and lead Artefact into its next chapter of growth and success.
I – Promotion of New Managing Partners.
We are very proud to confirm the promotion of 7 Top Performers as Managing Partners at Artefact, effective immediately. Each of you has truly earned this recognition.
Florent Bernard:
- He joined Artefact in September 2022, and since then has strengthened Artefact’s capabilities in leading large-scale data transformation in Travel & Tourism & Transportation (Accor, Groupe Barrière, VINCI Airports, Air France, SNCF).
- A graduate of INSEAD, Florent was previously at McKinsey & Co in their Digital Practice, and had some entrepreneurial experience in construction (yes indeed!!).
Vincent Blaclard:
- He joined Artefact in October 2021, and has been working ever since in the Retail practice with large retailers in France (Carrefour, Fnac Darty), while opening new logos: Lagardère Travel Retail, as well as Française des Jeux and Tarkett more recently.
- A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (X 2008), Vincent started his career in 2013 at Oliver Wyman, working in China, where he quickly specialized in data analytics projects, with a focus on retail activities.
Julien Ho-Tong:
- He joined Artefact in January 2023, and since then he has built strong partnerships with major clients such as Legrand, Savencia, Veolia, and Mane, where he’s been writing end-to-end stories starting with the CEOs.
- A graduate of both INSA Lyon, and Paris Dauphine PSL, he spent over 11+ years at Accenture Strategy, where he was a thought leader on Data & AI advising C-levels.
Alexandra Mangeard:
- Alexandra joined Artefact France in 2017, where she deepened her expertise in data marketing, then moved to Brazil in 2019 to help launch the office.
- Since then, she has played a pivotal role in the rapid expansion of the LATAM region, while also expanding Artefact’s footprint in the healthcare industry. Her leadership led to her promotion to Partner in 2022.
- In 2024, she took on an even broader role, overseeing core business operations, optimizing financial processes, and leading the Brazil P&L. Alexandra is a graduate of ESCP Europe.
Joffrey Martinez:
- In September 2022, Joffrey joined Artefact as a Partner, and since then he has structured and developed Artefact’s Financial Sector practice in France and internationally, managing teams based in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and America, making the financial services one of the top 3 Artefact sectors. He became Global Financial Services Lead in 2023.
- Before Artefact, he started his career in finance (Private Equity, M&A, Audit), then he moved to BearingPoint in 2011 spending seven years leading business transformation plans, to eventually develop IBM Consulting.
Hanan Ouazan:

- Hanan has been a driving force behind Artefact’s AI technology journey for the past decade. He leads Artefact’s full AI portfolio, including Generative AI, overseeing a dedicated task force that scales operational AI use cases for clients.
- Hanan is at the forefront of Generative AI, continuously exploring and testing its latest advancements with Artefact’s teams. He is able to bridge deep technical expertise with sharp business acumen.
- A graduate of both Centrale Lille and the prestigious École Normale Supérieure, he earned his MVA (Mathématiques, Vision, Apprentissage) research master’s degree, recognized as Europe’s premier program in ML and Statistical Learning.
Christelle Salamé:
- Christelle joined Artefact in May 2019 and most of her projects so far include pioneering data transformation programs for large real estate groups and government entities in the MENA region.
- She has more than 14 years of consulting experience at Strategy&, operating model design and implementation, as well as data governance and management.
- Christelle has been honored as one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in Consulting for 2024 by The Consulting Report.
- Christelle graduated from INSEAD with an MBA and from Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth with a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecoms & Network.
This Managing Partner’s promotion is a testament to their strategic expertise, high-value interactions with C-levels, flawless execution, commercial instinct, and dedication to team development. More than that, they are inspiring figures—both for their colleagues and clients.
II- Re-newed Leadership Team
These new MP nominations and a new step in our growth ambition for the company have resulted in the formation of a new Leadership Team in 2025, with a revised distribution of responsibilities across countries/regions, industry sectors, and key offerings & chapters.
Congratulations to everyone on these new appointments or the confirmation of roles.
We are very excited to officially announce these Global Mandates, which will play a key role in accelerating our tech and business development.
Through these mandates, the Global Leads will be responsible for setting strategic directions, overseeing operations within their areas, upskilling Artefact teams, and driving business growth.
1. NEW Mandates per Regions & Countries
- EUROPE: Pascal Coggia and Arnold Struik are co-leading Artefact Europe, co-leading the expansion of this very strategic region for Artefact, with the UK, Benelux, Germany, the Nordics, and Spain.
- FRANCE: Justine Nerce is now leading Artefact France since January 1st. She takes a major step in her journey, in charge of the company’s largest and most historic subsidiary, with 600+ employees and contributing 40% of the global revenue.
- Justine is a “baby Artefact” and quickly rose through the ranks, establishing herself as a leading “woman in tech” and an inspiration for her colleagues.
- Justine has played a key role in successfully driving large-scale initiatives for one of the largest telecom operators, where she managed a team of 40 professionals. She has also been a pillar in the development of the software engineering team. She is a mentor for Artefact’s data governance offerings and applies her expertise in the healthcare sector. Her dedication and expertise led to her promotion as Partner in 2021.
- She is a graduate of EM Lyon.
- GERMANY: Sébastien Schirber leads Artefact Germany, with high ambition to re-boost the business in this important country for the company. A German citizen with an international culture, based in the Netherlands, he is a great asset to bring his proven consulting experience and make business connections with the Benelux area.
- MENA & INDIA & Singapore: Rahul Arya now leads an extended region going beyond MENA, with India & South East Asia. Rahul has amazingly developed Artefact MENA (Middle East North Africa) for the last 5 years, and Artefact India since March 2024. With a distinguished background and a proven track record of leadership, Rahul’s expertise and leadership are poised to guide these 3 regions towards achieving remarkable growth and success.
- LATAM: André Fonseca is now leading a broader Artefact LATAM, including Brazil that he developed to a subsidiary to 200 people. With the opening of new Latina Americas’ countries in Mexico and Columbia in 2024 and lately in acquiring BrainFood in December 2024 in Chile, the LATAM region is becoming a broader geographical scope that requires oversight.
- BRAZIL: Alexandra Mangeard leads Artefact Brazil. Her career path is very inspiring: she joined Artefact in 2017 in France and two years later she moved to Brazil to scale business operations with success, leading data-driven initiatives, and overseeing P&L management since 2024. Read above.
2. NEW Mandates per Industries
The mandates by industry have been in place for the past 12 months, and there are a few changes effective January 2025:
- Oussama Ahmad and Florent Bernard are Global Co-Leads for Travel & Tourism. Oussama successfully started this mandate two years ago, and as these sectors are back to full speed, he is now accompanied by Florent who also has a strong expertise in leading large-scale data transformation programs in these domains.
- Jérôme Petit is named Global Lead for Private Equity with a skyrocketing growth and very promising perspectives in this area, working closely with Ardian. Given the potential of this industry, a dedicated focus was required, and Jérôme was best fit to grow the industry at incredible heights.
- Julien Ho-Tong becomes Global Lead for Small & Medium Enterprises where he foresees amazing business opportunities with the democratization of Generative AI technologies making AI much more accessible to small & medium businesses. This will be a very strategic business development area that Julien will lead after a remarkable start at Artefact.
- Florian Thiébaut et Arvan Modarressi are both Global Leads for Brands. Since Artefact’s early years, they’ve both been pioneers in data marketing, playing a key role in elevating Artefact to a leading position in the marketplace.
- Edouard de Mézerac is Global Industry Lead bringing together Luxury and Retail industries, in order to bring two sub-scale groups of Partners & Directors across countries. The objective is to create more sharing and mutualizing across these two industries, and push both internationally very proactively. This will also be made possible by:
- Vincent Blaclard who will lead Retail in France due to his impressive track record in Retail in particular.
3. NEW Mandates per Offers
- Natacha Kocupyr is named Global Lead of Media. Natacha joined Artefact France in 2017 and became Partner of Digital Marketing three years ago, co-leading with Thomas Quélin. She has successfully grown the media consulting team and serves as a role model within Artefact’s media community. Natacha leads digital marketing strategies for international clients, leveraging data-driven insights and managing a team of 80 experts.
- Hanan Ouazan is appointed Global Lead of AI Acceleration. Hanan has always aligned cutting-edge AI technologies with the strategic needs of clients across industries. From strategic design to large-scale deployment, he will ensure seamless transformation, widespread adoption, and industrial-grade implementation of AI solutions.
- Arvan Modarresi is Global Lead of Data Acceleration. For a decade, Arvan has been a driving force at Artefact working on major international accounts like L’Oréal, from AI transformative strategies to full-scale operations. His capacity in embarking both clients and internal teams is so impressive, that he can just inspire everyone in this new appointment.
- Victor Coimbra is named Global Lead of Data Platform & IT. He was the first employee of Artefact’s Latin American operations in 2018. Since then, he has been pivotal in establishing Artefact LatAm as a regional leader in AI democratization. He built the central technological hub supporting Artefact’s global offices across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Africa. He will undoubtedly be a mentor in developing Data Platform & IT expertise and solutions for the Group.
- Robin Doumerc is appointed Global Tech Lead. Recently promoted CTO of Artefact France for his deep technology expertise and management skills being able to embark a large team of 100+ data scientists, software engineering and front developers. He ensures that his team is always at the forefront of technologies, having training and curiosity at the heart of his approach.
- In support functions, the Charlie’s Angels with Laurie Fabiani as Global HR, Sophie Huss as Global CMO, and Hayette Soltani as Global CFO, who belong to the Leadership Team to bring their strategic vision and efficient operations in the transversal areas of the company, from people’s work life, marketing & communications supporting business, and Finance to workout our Ebitda, nerve of all wars.
