With fierce competition against OTA and other airline companies, Finnair challenged Artefact China to meet their Sales and ROAS target for China market via Search Marketing.

Approach

Through rigorous optimizations, Artefact China found the right balance between Paid (via SEM) and Organic (via SEO) visibility for all Finnair brand searches which led to increased sales at optimum media spending.

Baidu Brandzone and tactical campaigns were also launched during travel peak seasons as part of SEM strategy, while a mix of On-site optimization, Link Building and Content Marketing was the key success factor for SEO.
